How do I download a video from Facebook?
Tap Share under the video and choose Copy link, or copy the address bar if you're on a computer. Paste the link into the box above and press Download. You get an MP4 of the video, in HD when Facebook has an HD version. Reels work the same way, so there's no separate step for them.

Why won't a Facebook video download?
Usually because it isn't public. Videos in private groups, posts shared with friends only and live broadcasts can't be fetched, because they need a login to watch. A quick test is to open the link in a private browser window. If it plays there without signing in, it should download. If it fails anyway, it doesn't use a credit.
Other causes are in when a video won't download.
Can I save a Facebook video on my phone?
Yes. On Android, the video goes to Downloads and appears in your gallery. On iPhone, Safari saves it to the Files app, and from there you tap Share and Save Video to move it into Photos. If the Facebook app keeps opening instead of your browser, copy the link inside the app and paste it here in Safari or Chrome.
Is this Facebook video downloader free?
Yes, for your first 3 downloads. Make a free account with an email and password and you get 3 downloads to try it. After that, A Little More is $2.50 for 20 downloads, paid once. Pro is $5.99 a month for unlimited downloads, or $14 a quarter, or $45 a year. If a download fails, it doesn't use a credit.
We build your file on our server and delete it 15 minutes after it's ready. Your account history keeps the link, the title and the format you picked, and you can clear it whenever you like. There's no app to install: it all runs in the browser on iPhone, Android, Mac and PC.
